EVOLUTION JAPAN証券株式会社、エクイティ・ソリューションズ本部　ディレクターの水野陽太が、2021年12月24日付にて、東証第二部に上場している株式会社ピクセラの社外取締役に就任いたします。

Effective December 24, 2021, Yota Mizuno, Director of the Equity Solutions Department, EVOLUTION JAPAN Securities Co., Ltd., will be appointed as an outside director of PIXELA Corporation, which is listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
